Construction Engineering Services

We have Established in the year 2001 and are promoted by Civil Engineers. We deal in all types of Rehabilitation of Civil Structures and Waterproofing jobs.

Our Major Activities Are

01. Rectifications of concrete structures

We identity the major problems in the structure and then Rectify them. We use various construction chemicals and powers tools etc. Diagnostic work is done by means of NDT or destructive testing as per requirements.

02. Water Proofing

All type of Roof terrace, bath room slabs, basement etc. is done by using chemicals and/ or polymer modified bituminous membrane by torch on method.

03. Pressure Grouting

It is applied for defective concrete or hony comb, Both simultaneously and epoxy grouting work for basement floors or any other concrete walls.

04.Fixing Rebar

We also do rebar fixing work to fix bars up to 40 mm diameter. As well as the reinforcement bars on existing concrete surface by using fisher chemical.

05. Treatments of expansion joints.

For irregular high movement joints we use mostly Polyurethane Sealants or Hypalon flexible sheeting.

06.Finishing of concrete surface using power tools.

We use efficient method fast, economical for working on concrete surface to achieve better finish.

07.Soil Stabilisation

METHODOLOGY OF GROUND IMPROVEMENT BY CHEMICAL GROUTING WORK:
I.    Scope of Work:
Grouting work with special chemical shall be carried out about 1.5.0 M C/C up to a desired depth (Exact depth will be finalised by Prof Amberish Ghosh) from existing ground level for  ground improvement                                                                                   
II.    Equipment and Accessories:
The   following equipments and   accessories shall   be required for   Chemical Grouting work
II.I Boring Equipment
Boring rig with tripod and accessories for sinking bore holes like rotating shaft with gear. 
 II.II Others equipment and accessories:
Inflatable packers, grout material preparation tank, electrically operated grout mixture, hand operated grout pump etc.

III. Boring of Rotary mechanical drillers
The borehole of approximate dia 70 mm is formed by drilling into the ground with Mechanical Rotary Driller and wash boring process to the required depth or degree of resistance. Casing may be required. On reaching of the desired depth, the pilot driller will be withdrawn and Inflatable packers will be lowered immediately into the hole.  Chemical grout mix is then pumped through the Inflatable packers.

IV.    Grouting Methodology:
A suitable, homogeneous, net chemical   grout material shall be prepared in a designed tank.  The prepared grout material shall not contain lumps or any other evidence of poor or incomplete mixing.  The pressure pump shall be equipped with a pressure gauge to monitor grout pressure. The grouting equipment shall be sized to enable the grout to be pumped in one continuous operation.

The compressed air may be utilized directly to pressurize the grout material to ensure the percolation of the grout material through the voids of the subsoil strata.  At the  time  of grouting the  top  of the  pipe  shall  be properly plugged so that  the grout materials cannot come  out  from  the hole. Grouting operation will cut off when refusal pressure of the slurry will reach not less than 1.5 kg/cm2 and/or slurry will oozes out from nearby holes  

V.    Improvement of Ground:

The improvement in the ground capacity in respect to soil stabilisation may be measured by conducting soil investing work before and after soil grouting. Once  the  grout cures,  the  porous soils  is transformed into a near  solid  mass  and  bore holes full of chemical  slurry will act as soil nails or a column of treated soils. The treated subsoil layers shall have a much lower hydraulic conductivity, higher shear strength and shall be stronger and less compressible than before.

  • Emergent repair /rehabilitation of distressed RCC structures only of the existing departmental building at Mogra West Bengal state Electricity Distribution Limited.
  • Repairing work & Roof treatment of factory building at Reform Flour Mill Pvt Limited (Howrah).
  • Water proofing of roof and repair work at Steel Authority of India limited (Durgapur).
  • Water proofing work of roof at Airport Authority of India (NSBIAP) (Dumdum).
  • Waterproofing work at Reserve Bank of India (Kolkata).
  • Fabrication, supply and fixing of Cable Trunk with galvanized steel sheet at Reserve Bank of India (Kolkata).
  • Roof waterproofing and sunken floor waterproofing of IOCL Township project at Paradip under IVRCL Infrastructure Limited.
  • Roof water proofing of Surendra Nath College for Women at Kolkata.
  • Lift shaft modification work at Kolkata under Life Insurance Corporation of India (Eastern zonal office).
  • Construction of Lift Shaft with allied works of Alhaj Amir Hasan Properties Pvt Limited at Kolkata.
